RULES

1. ALL PARADE VEHICLES MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH FIRST AID KITS & CURRENT EXTINGUISHERS

2. Times listed are starting times; suggested arrival/check-in is 60 to 90 minutes prior to start. This is for safety inspections and set up.

3. Information is to accompany each parade application for Media each parade attended. (15 to 20 second description recommended) SEE Attached

4. 2012 Parade-reply form to be returned by MARCH 7^{th @units/clubs meeting or mailed to Parade Marshal, 7217 West Westbow Avenue. Spokane, WA. 99224-5629. These forms are needed so the office can track/locate you if needed.}

5. ***If your parade unit/club is planning to be out of our jurisdiction event, a request MUST be made in writing, to our Recorder, Illustrious Sir Von Chimienti, so that the proper insurance & permission for travel to and attendance that specific event within another Shrine Center’s jurisdiction is granted and obtained. Each request must be made on an individual basis. All decisions for out of area travel are at the Potentate’s discreation!!

6. ALL Driver(s) of El Katif CLUB/UNIT PARADE units are REQUIRED to submit a COPY their valid drivers license to the Recorder’s Office prior to the March 7th, Units Heads Meeting. This is so that El Katif Shriners auto insurance carrier can validate the drivers of the parade units. This also gives the office staff a annual updated list of drivers.
